“Service Above Self” is a day-to-day practice for Rotarians. When each of us joined Rotary, we joined to contribute to the lives of others. This week we salute those members of our Club who gave of themselves to help others in these challenging times.
Bob Hermann, Dan Joraanstad, Bill Poppen, and Rhonda Poppen assembled shields to be given to frontline healthcare workers who are risking their own lives to save those stricken by COVID-19. If you are interested in assembling shields, sign up here.

The Salvation Army and Major Raymond Erickson-King, who is a member of our Club, are on a mission to feed those in need. Joining him on April 24, 2020 were David Dye, Dora Dye, and Bob Hermann. Together, they bagged several hundred box lunches and distributed the meals at homeless encampments in San Francisco. More help is needed. If you would like to help The Salvation Army on these deliveries, sign up here.
